Legacy system. Should I stay or should I go.
What do you like best? Pardot covers the basic needs of our marketing team and allows us to orchestrate the basic blocking and tackling needed each day. As a Salesforce shop, the integration with Salesforce and the ability to keep all of our tools and systems aligned has been good in theory and supported consistency overall. I am a huge fan of the visual engagement studio builder and the ability it gives our team to create unique nurture campaigns. What do you dislike? Pardot ...

Pardot is user friendly, intuitive and has enough bells and whistles
What do you like best? The lead scoring capabilities and automations based on score or form completion are very easy to set up. Creating forms and integrating form handlers is super simple. Developing emails with WYSIWYG or dropping in your own HTML works great too. One of my favorite features is how you can see the audience total size, and then see it change once you add your exclusion or suppression list. Many email service providers do not show you this and it makes clicking "Send" a ...

If you're using Salesforce, Pardot is the best Marketing Automation tool out there.
What do you like best? Engagement Studio is a great tool to setup your nurture email program or create custom automation flows. The integration with Salesforce is great and continues to get better with each release. What do you dislike? Not able to fully track file usage (identifying where files are being used, on what assets) and the reporting could use work but it's not a major issue if you set up reporting in Salesforce. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

A versatile marketing automation solution.
What do you like best? I’m a huge fan of the flexibility Pardot gives users in developing custom marketing automation solutions. There are often multiple paths that can be taken to meet project requirements, which makes my work easier. On top of that, the user community is hands down the most helpful resource available, and perhaps Pardot's biggest asset. What do you dislike? There are some minor functionality tweaks I would make, but holistically speaking, sometimes I wish more ...

Great tool out of the box and great integration with SFDC allowing for customization.
What do you like best? The strong SFDC CRM integration is most helpful in helping get the right conversation in front of the right people at the right time. We can do a lot of simple customization to get some powerful behaviors out of the tool. Being able to have sales set conversation points on the account, and Pardot can send to those talk points. Having Pardot pay attention to SFDC Cases and stop marketing to people who have open cases so we don't leave a bad impression to people ...

Works well for many organizations
What do you like best? Pardot is so closely aligned to Salesforce now, making it my top suggestion for organizations who use Salesforce and are looking to improve their marketing and marketing automation tools. Reporting on Campaigns, attribution, and general ROI is easier and more intuitive than any other platforms I've used. What do you dislike? Pardot features are still primarily B2B, meaning any organization (I work primarily with nonprofits using Pardot) who isn't strictly B2B ...

Pardot is a great tool!
What do you like best? The engagement studio and ability to customize emails content. What do you dislike? Wish it handed social cards, and social media better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Document everything you do and why Have a roadmap of what success looks like in a year (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) Outline your actual needs before purchasing Clean your data BEFORE it goes into the system Ask a lot of questions - This piece of software WILL ...

Integrated and Automated
What do you like best? Pardot provides the ability to automate much of our marketing activity. It also provides Sales with great insights that strengthen their sales interactions. The tool is intuitive and easy to visualise what is going on in the background. What do you dislike? It has social posting functions. These work well at a basic level for those doing limited posting. There is opportunity for this function to be strengthened in the future. Recommendations to others ...

Bridging the Gap Between Sales and Marketing
What do you like best? As a Salesforce Administrator, I appreciate the simple, clean and efective integrations between Pardot and Sales Cloud. Pardot is making it easier and easier to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales efforts with every release! What do you dislike? As an Admin, the double licensing is a pain point for us right now -- in order to give access to all the great features of the Pardot-Salesforce integration, we have to assign extra licenses and permissions to ...

Looking at Pardot
What do you like best? We have forms on our website to collect customer requests for our services. Pardot seems to offer the ability to house our forms and report results. What do you dislike? Seems like another set of customer data that we already have in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are informally looking into Pardot now so not a user.
