While reviewing their product/service, I went on their chat and asked if it was possible to speak to a human as opposed to chatting with a bot and I received a call from Ariel a representative within less than 5 minutes. We started using Paperturn last year and love the standard of presentation it gives us. Having run into a small issue last week, Debra was unbelievably responsive and helped sort in a flash! Brilliant product and brilliant customer service - thank Debra and Team!

So painless

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to create my flip book. I am only on the 14-day trial, but I will be upgrading in a few days. I created another flip book on another site, but hindsight is making me reconsider that one and just stick with this site for every other flip book I plan on creating. Thank you for making this a painless process. I even suggested a friend to use this as a way to send to her beta and arc readers.
