This software only works half of the time and it's really irratating that i can't watch halft of the previus lectures because the software crashed or just didnt work in the first place. On top of that it's really slow and the site is often inaccesable.

Whatever update has recently occurred has made Panopto a wretched means of watching lectures during live webcast as well as recordings. The audio cuts in and out, rendering viewing useless. This is an issue not only for students trying to return to a lecture for review but especially for students who are sick and cannot attend lecture in person. Panopto Capture is also a fantastic way to capture your screen via the browser if your IT Department doesn't allow you to install third-party software on your work machine. "Effective Tool for Online & Remote Teaching"

What do you like best about Panopto? Currently, I teach introductory level college courses. So when our university went remote for the semester, I needed something to help me record my lectures. Panopto has allowed me to do that. Personally, I find the program rather easy to use. What do you like best about Panopto? Panopto provides great features for sharing and controlling access to video content. I can produce a video and have very tight control over who can view it and what they can do with it. What do you dislike about Panopto? Videos must currently be uploaded via the Web portal.
