What do you like best about PandaDoc? Being able to get my created documents signed and printed. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? Having to create the document each time. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? As an event tent rental company we need to have customers sign certain documents and this allows us to achieve that easily and without cost.

What do you like best about PandaDoc? Love the ability to craft world-class quotes for our sales team using a standardized system. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? Some clients are not as tech friendly as we'd like since our business is B2C and our clients tend to be of an older demographic. That is not an issue that is wrong with PandaDoc though. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? Standardization of our quotation process in our sales team.

Assigning initials to different areas could be repetitive sometimes. It would be nice if you can create multiple initials blanks at one time. What do you like best about PandaDoc? I love that I can route documents to multiple signers in a specific order, that I can see where each document is in the signing process, and that I can click a button to send a reminder to the individual who is holding up the process. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? It DOES take some time to set up the fields and prepare each document for signing, but it's not typically more than a couple of minutes.
