What do you like best about PandaDoc? We primarily use the platform for creating B2C quotations for our services. The catalogue is very intuitive and although it requires some initial time investment, once it's online it makes life so much simpler. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? What do you like best about PandaDoc? PandaDoc is great to start on a free version, learn, and then use it on a paid plan. It works seamlessly and stores all logs and signed document in one place and the dashboard help to navigate there well. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? Sometimes it pushes me to use paid plan by offering premium features without a disclaimer and I have to redo my work. But it's a free plan and as a business, they do the right thing. What do you like best about PandaDoc? All you have to do is drag and drop the document into PandaDoc, add email and signature lines and send it on it's way. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? What is to dislike? We can't think of anything. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? PandaDoc has given us the virtual component that our agency needed to quickly send docs for esignature.

What do you like best about PandaDoc? The most helpful feature of PandaDoc was the payment integration. My clients can review, accept, and render payment in one setting. Not only is the app and programme itself really good and helpful, but the customer service is exceptional! Fast response time, detailed and clear answers, friendly yet professional, and compassionate of the situation every single time. This is a quality that is rarely seen in big companies nowadays, and one I value very much.

Great Product [that keeps getting better] and Prompt Support

The product is excellent (and improving constantly), the core sales team are excellent, and there are robust Zapier integrations to let you do pretty much anything with it. The sales rep we initially interacted with was transactional, not that helpful, and didn't get us the features we needed. When we needed to upgrade days into the implementation and were feeling [understandably] frustrated one of their core sales people made it right quickly and now we have everything we need.
