Delighted with online support
Delighted with online support. I wasn't sure what to expect when the robot popped up, but when i didn't get the answer i needed from that, online chat was available and exceeded my expectations. Delighted and looking forward to signing up.

What do you like best about PandaDoc? the easy to navigate the software and quick process What do you dislike about PandaDoc? The fact that if you pay for a company account but every user on the account has to pay for their performance after the free trial is over What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? the electronic signitures

"Makes Everything Incredibly Easy"
What do you like best about PandaDoc? It is so easy to use, even for our customers who are not tech-savvy. And that its very customizable. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? I haven't found something that I dislike. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have to drive back to a customer's home to get their signature. And we can edit and resend a contract in very little time if needed.

"A versatile app"
What do you like best about PandaDoc? Ease of use and hit the ground running app What do you dislike about PandaDoc? The client has at times complained that they were not able to retrieve the document which may have gone into their spam. In such situations, we had to resort to providing them links What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? Meeting local compliance requirements surrounding client consent

"Excellent Product, Easy to Use, and Fantastic Customer Service"
What do you like best about PandaDoc? I love how easy PandaDoc is to use. I do not even need to explain how to use it, I can send a document off for completion because it's so user-friendly that anyone can figure it out. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? If I had to pick a dislike, I would say that the signature doesn't look real. It's not really an issue though as the documents are certified.
