What do you like best about PandaDoc? I like how easy it is to use the application. I appreciate the ability to store canned messages for different types of documents. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? Sometimes, and I mean rarely, when I load a document, it doesn't load correctly, but that could be my browser!!! What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? It facilitates getting certified signatures without sending PDFs. This had been very helpful.

What do you like best about PandaDoc? ✨Forward✨ This one-word button is such a time saver for me and my clients. Often the primary point of contact isn't the one signing the contract. The ability to send a contract out with the option to forward appropriately is HUGE. I've tried competitors but inevitably waste time getting the contract in front of the right person. I started using in 2020. Database was well developed with the User in the mind. It is relatively easy to use and allows us to maneuver and make changes as needed which suits our company needs. The email and certificate security features are also quite good.

Great with templates and payment collection

Templates are easy create. Smooth process from creating the documents to signing by self and customer including collection of payment. Love every bit of it.
