Before shortlisting, verify that the free plan covers your workflow—it includes basic signatures and 3 templates, but premium tiers ($25–$65/month per user) unlock advanced features like bulk sending, conditional logic, and API access. Check whether your existing tools ...Read more

Sending and tracking quotations has never been this quick and simple.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its user interface is simple to utilize. The design is user-friendly. Its library and pre-installed templates are super amazing since they'll save you a lot of time. My colleagues and I are making use of the same library and templates. So we're confident enough to say the same thing to our clients. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some quotes that I sent out came in as spam. Obviously, my future clients won't ...

Making repeated documents is blazing fast!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We're using PandaDoc to do our pricing indication docs as well as statement of works. The greatest thing about this is how the system functions in acquiring a certified signature on the contracts we have. We're no requiring customers to print out, scan, and email contracts back to us. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The biggest annoying thing is that whenever you're making tables within the docs and you press ...

Great product and customer service

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the product’s document builder features. The structure with the Templates and content library are very useful because it allows us to change every document on specific sections. The templates are baseline document and the good thing is that it offers multiple content library items. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There are some features that are missing and when I spoke with its customer service they ...

Quick and simple yet proffesional

What do you like best? I like that you can add content to a library and templates that you can utilize so you don't have to build a proposal from scratch everytime. I also like the analytics so you can see who viewed what pages and how long they spent viewing each page to gauge importance and what's working/appealing to your prospects. What do you dislike? Sometimes the formatting is a little off and you have to open the doc or test print as what your viewing isn't a good ...

Strong tool for document creation

What do you like best? Templates, Hubspot integration, ability to quickly customize documents, payment feature, signature feature What do you dislike? There are not as many styles and fonts available as there would be in a word document so if you want your docs to look exactly like them, Panda Doc cannot always provide that. Recommendations to others considering the product Set up your templates with tokens or use the integrations they have. Do not copy and paste your old document ...
