Panda Docs is great overall, but could use some improvements.

What do you like best? The drag and drop interface for building document templates is very helpful. The interface is simple and now too difficult to learn how to use. Also, the chat-based customer support was really nice. We were able to resolve issues that came up during use related to the interface quickly via the chat support service. What do you dislike? Good product

What do you like best? Gives me an effective way to create, manage and track signatures and proposals. What do you dislike? Some of the features don't work exactly as they should e.g payment blocks work in version 1.0 but not 2.0. Have two different versions, when one that worked better would be more effective,. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting documents signed digitally and tracking opens / usage in my CRM.

Professional way to interact with clients

What do you like best? I like that I can see what I have sent to clients, what has been viewed, what has been completed and if they have any questions, they can ask them directly within the document. no need for back and forth emails! What do you dislike? I'm not sure if the audit trail of signatures is as legally binding as with Adobe. I have found it hard to find info on this. What do you like best? Standardization of proposals for clients. Print off easy. What do you dislike? Customer service is awful, you are roped into a year contract and then they abandon you and when you try and get your money back for the awful experience they keep you locked in for the year. What do you like best? Panda doc has made it 100% easier for our clients to say 'yes'. We can modify our proposals to fit each client and they can sign and fill out all info we need to get started! What do you like best? This product is incredibly easy to use, and once templates are created, even the least tech-savvy users in the organization can use it easily. What do you dislike? Good software, needs improvement

What do you like best? Great for easily sending contracts and signing them too! What do you dislike? Editing is meh, sometimes when you convert a doc to be editable, PD just messes it up a bit (parsing). Recommendations to others considering the product: Docusign is easier to edit.
