What do you like best? Being able to easily brand, edit and create new documents. Making templates is very easy and sending documents is a very quick and simple process. They are often bringing out updates to make the functionality even better, and their support is very quick to respond. Great Product - Just not right for our client base

What do you like best? Pandadoc makes the contact editing & revising process so easy. What do you dislike? Our client base didn't accept and enjoy the new contract process. Excellent product and easy to setup and use

What do you like best? The applications is very easy to sign up for and use. It greatly reduced the amount of paper we use in our organisation and increased the speed at which clients sign up for the process due the fact that they can sign-up on mobile or desktop with minimal data costs. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Flexible document design, with a great editor tool. Dynamic tables and Salesforce field integration. What aspects are problematic or could work better? While there is an open API, the API is a bit limited at the moment. They do not currently open up their API for payment gateways that are not preferred vendors to integrate with the platform. Superb Online Document Management & E-Signing

What do you like best? The document analytics are a great way to confirm delivery and visualise customer pain points. The integration with our FreshSales CRM is seamless and personalised documents can be automatically created within minutes. What do you dislike? Basic usage report exporting should be provided on any package, exporting reports for management requires an upgrade from our existing package, however not feasible currently on our budget.
