PandaDoc changed our business

What do you like best? I use PandaDoc coupled with our CRM. PandaDoc allows us to send work orders to construction sites and get them signed immediately. We could not do that in the past. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike. I would like to see improvements to the dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We save time, money and fuel by not having to drive to sites to work orders signed.

Simple and intuitive.

What do you like best? The ease of use of PandaDoc. I can create and send proposals very efficiently. What do you dislike? At times the PandaDoc is not received by the person I send it to. I realize this is probably a problem with their email settings or account and not a PandaDoc issue, but it's the only one I encounter. The perfect solution for my business

What do you like best? I love the intuitive integration to create what I need to make it easy to close sales and get my clients the info they need. It's also great being able to see when a client has viewed, signed or commented on a document. It's also great to be able to easily scale our growth with the features that Panda Doc offers, even if we don't need them all right now. What do you dislike? PandaDoc is the best quoting tool I have ever used

What do you like best? I love the ease of making templates and editing quotes. I love the visibility PandaDoc provides to when a client views and signs a proposal. The Dashboard is very intuitive. I like being able to track comments that my reps put in there so I can understand why they quoted the way they did. What do you like best? When our company first introduced PandaDoc, it was very lacking in terms of what we needed. However, as we combed through it, followed tips and tricks, it has been groomed into one of our most valuable tools. Is practical for E-signatures.

What do you like best? I like the fact that clients can sign using their phones, tablets or any device makes Panda Doc very practical. I also like the fact that I can see if a document has been opened yet or not. I like that there are status for each document (like sent, viewed, awaiting for payment, etc) and I like that there is a dashboard showing you a summary of the this. Great Product with Learning Curve

What do you like best? Once all the templates and catalogs are built out, I can quickly get a new client contract put together in minutes. Our contracts are typically pretty complicated, so to be able to create a highly customized contract in a short amount of time is a big win. What do you dislike?
