Wouldn't use anything else, really easy to personalise in seconds.

What do you like best? Pretty, personalised, able to save large texts of information for each product and swap around as needed. Sends reminders to prospects, and you can schedule these when you'd like/more or less often if needed. Tracking around open times, how long they are online. Able to watch as the client signs! Great application for document presentation and execution

What do you like best? I liked that the ease of filling a form and flexibility it offers in creating text and signature fields. I like being able to send either by email or generate a link that I can embed in a text or email. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to upload multiple documents at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its a fast and easy application to execute documents.

I love that PandaDoc integrates with Zoho CRM, looks great (we can put in a title page, branding), has a content library and templates that cut down on the time to create a proposal, and does online signature and even payments so we can collect a project fee or deposit as part of our approval process rather than chasing down an invoice sent after the fact. Beautiful Document Software With Perfect Automations

What do you like best? The direct integrations with PipeDrive CRM and the automations we can use when sending documents for our agency What do you dislike? Price is a bit high and some integrations aren't able to sync unless a document is created directly through the integration widget. Pandadoc is for Closers!

What do you like best? What I like best is the ease of generating proposals. What do you dislike? I want data on the proposal signed vs unsigned. I want to to know what types of proposals people sign, time of day, do I close more that have discounts etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to produce proposals much faster and track when people open it so I know when to call them.

Extremely Intuitive

What do you like best? PandaDoc is so simple that I figured out how to create a template, customize it with CSS, define workflow rules, and start using a new proposal on the first day that I started using it. What do you dislike? There is a new version of PandaDoc that allows certain functionality, but you have to pay a fee to get upgraded, in addition to paying a higher monthly cost.
