Very disappointed with Panda. A legacy business customer who's been using (and promoting) Panda since the beginning. We required assistance by asking for our service essentially cloned for another area of our business. We were swiftly told that our 'legacy' pricing was unavailable moving forward and if we wanted the same features moving forward (that I've had for 8 years) Wed be expected to pay (in the rep's words.. a little more) - which we understood.. Probably the best of legal templating…

Probably the best of legal templating that I have tried. They are a little lacking in templates and its impossible as of the date of this writing to copy/paste with formatting from the PFDs. Still it worked very well and pricing is reasonable. They also have a good free trial period.

Worst Customer Service - Lack of support

Been using Panda Doc for years. Recently software stopped working and had error messages. Reported it twice. Nothing done about it. The support agents were asking me to diagnose it for them! Its a cloud based service so what do they expect me to do?!Sent them screenshots and they dont have a clue. They just did not bother. Online business at its best!

What do you like best? PandaDoc gives me the advantage of closing deals online because I can have my clients sign with the electronic signature function. The interface is very nice, and I'm happy to be able to work with a tidy platform. There is a free version to see what the software is all about. What do you dislike? Great tool for proposals

What do you like best? It's simple enough to create multiple templates and customize your proposals. You can have various plans and contracts already drafted. That way the sales representative can just modify the pricing and other small changes without having to draft the entire contract every time. What do you like best? The free version is enough for a lot of features, is simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? There is no trash can, to recover deleted files you must to talk to support and they help. Great at what it does

What do you like best? Makes creating templates and sending contracts easy and fast What do you dislike? There's no easy way to void a contract or resend one. Would be nice if it had a one button void and resend options, but it's buried about 3 steps in. Only way to resend is to edit the current contract and go through 3 steps to send again, or go through 3 different steps to send the signer a "reminder" email.
