What do you like best about PandaDoc? 1. Easy to use. Intuitive. 2. Signers don't have to download anything to sign the agreement. 3. I'm notified with the recipient opens the document. 4. I'm notified when the recipient signs/completes the document. I get to choose whether this notification comes with an attachment or if I have to log in to view it. What do you like best about PandaDoc? Customer service has been great. I was quoted a price and they didn't change it after a few months of use like their competitor did to us. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? Nothing so far - easy to use and they followed through with everything they quoted. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting consents signed from our patients prior to them arriving in our office.
