Anytime, I have ever needed support I simply go onto the chat section and the advisors are super friendly & helpful. What do you like best about PandaDoc? 1. Pandadoc is free. All the e-sign programs I have used require a fee. 2. Very easy to use for clients. What do you like best about PandaDoc? Previously, I was sending documents over email to be signed by people. They would sign it, scan it, and send it back to me, and then I would send it to the next person on the list. It was VERY time-consuming. PandaDoc has eliminated this problem for me. What do you like best about PandaDoc? We used to use Hubspot where I work, but Pandadoc has become my favorite platform for its intuitive and friendly interface for the best price. We have been able to customize the templates in a clean and responsive way. Proposals are presented in a novel and easy-to-read way for customers. What do you like best about PandaDoc? I love how easy it is to navigate through the UI. Its hard to miss exactly what you need and where. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? I don't like how I can't view pages of a PDF I upload onto Pandadoc using the bar on the left. They say "Uploaded" but I'd like to see what actually got uploaded.
