What do you like best? The greater speed and functionality. The system appears to be more robust and have a far wider range of capabilities. What do you dislike? The new interface can take some time to adjust to, but that is true with any new product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They make it simple, they make retrieving simple and everything is presented in an easy to use desktop manager allowing you to see all archived files at any date you wish. "Page Archiving done right!! "

What do you like best about PageFreezer? Being able to simply snapshot and forget about being exposed to data integrity issues is amazing. What do you dislike about PageFreezer? Social media pricing is a little higher than I'd like it to be. What problems is PageFreezer solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have a full time dev staff or someone dedicated to data integrity across our platforms. If someone oops'd and deleted something before page freezer, we were SOL.

What do you like best about PageFreezer? PageFreezer is a no-hassle, low maintenance service. Once we set it up, the ongoing requirements are pretty minimal. If there are problems or changes with a social media outlet (Facebook, LinkdIn, etc.) the PageFreezer folks are quick to send out precise instructions to continue service.
