Ending free trial confusion

I finished my free-trial of Drops and wanted to cancel the subscription ( I am a teacher and was trying it out to see if it would be OK for my students to use) I had joined up through the web browser but the email address that I entered was wrong and so I never got any reply email or follow-up contact (because I had misspelled my email address). So, when I tried to end the free trial, I couldn't and was billed. I contacted the support team and they refunded my money. Very professional.

Sent a request to cancel my subscription

Sent a request to cancel my subscription renewal. A few days later I got a reply stating that auto subscription renewal had been cancelled. Excellant response.
