I was entirely pleased with the paddle.com website and personnel.
Although the product I purchased needed to be refunded, my experience with the paddle.com website and personnel was entirely positive. I would buy from them again. I appreciate the timely, easy refund, which I trust will appear on my credit card within 5 business days, as promised by email dated June 28, 2023.

Very fair process, showed the quality of their AI.
I was charged on the 7th day after a free subscription, and I cancelled the subscription to Langotalk because I didn't have time to use it. I wanted to dispute the time period, when I was charged, and asked for a refund. And even though it was a chat bot, it was very easy to use and a refund was agreed to without much trouble.
