A company dealt with my problem right away, they listened to me and responded with respect and promptly. They direct me to the correct department and send emails to me.

It was remarkably better than expected
It was remarkably better than expected. I wanted to cancel a service that I was not using anymore, so as with many of the service providers, I expected to take hours if not more. I'm happy to say, I was able to do my cancelation in one minute!
