Was wondering where this paddle charge came from, got a refund and explination
very satisfied if i get my refund at expected time, forgot to cancel my subscription to "medal" and asked for a refund and cancelation in which they assured me they would do, very satisfied after the confusion

Great communication, issue resolved easily!
My son signed up for this last year (2022), used it for a while, then forgot about it. I saw the charge on my paypal and was mad that he forgot that it was automatic. However, when I contacted paddle, they helped me out completely - even when I was unsure which email address my son used, etc. Communication was great and I really appreciate a company that understands how to make their customers happy!

Efficient, fast and responsive customer support that solved my issue immediately. P.S. Companies that use Paddle should tell their customers and brand their invoices, so Paddle does not have to remind us who the invoice is from.
