Money back guarantee
I read where this programme had a money back guarantee and I got it and had difficulty in fixing an issue that i had. I tried using the software and that did not resolve the issue. I then used their tech people and they tried very hard to solve the problem but to no avail. I then exercised my right for a refund under the agreement which they honoured.

I like use paddle. The process is fast, easy to do, quick response and i get the report as soon as i canceled my subscriptions.

Surprisingly efficient chatbot (MacPaw/Paddle)
Purchased a licence I didn't need by mistake from MacPaw, sent an email, was sent to chat with a bot, and much to my surprise, it was super easy to get the problem fixed. I am so surprised that I thought I let a good review here. Having an efficient chatbot is not easy, and they have nailed it.
