PROMPT service & GREAT Follow up!
I got a new computer and needed my registration information to reinstall the program I purchased from them a long time ago. Paddle provided PROMPT service - they not only solved my issue right away, they also followed up which is rare these days!

I seen a charge that wasn’t suppose to…
I seen a charge that wasn’t suppose to be on my bank saying pattle.net! So I searched it and pattle.com sent a refund out faster than any site I’ve seen! Their fast and to the point, and you don’t even have to speak a live rep to do it! So that’s a new one! Good work guys!

Quick fax service refund
My disappointed with the plan purchase lead me to request refund; however the service was pretty nice to use with a Mac OSX application the having to use web-based platforms to send faxes. Refund process was quick and simple without hassle.
