Best bot experience I've ever had with their support bot. I needed to cancel a subscription and was able to do it in less than 6 messages with a bot. Awesome experience!

Excellent Customer Service

My recent experience with Paddle.com was incredible. I received an almost immediate response to my email and from there everything was sorted in record time. Quite simply THE BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Fantastic company to deal with - thanks Paddle.com :-)

Great support (unknown transaction)

Had a problem with billing, found few unknown (as I thought) transactions. But Paddle support helped me with everything and the issue was solved. 5 star support!

When I initially signed up for Ad Blocker Ultimate, I had some problems to include duplicate payments. Thanks to Paddle, the issue was quickly corrected and I appreciate their expeditious and professional assistance.

Paddle acted immediately, with courtesy, and professionally to verily and solve my challenge with knowing which software company they manage reoccurring charges. They identified mine, cancelled and got the refund request within an amazingly short time.
