What Customer Service Should Look Like
Paddle's Kino AI chatbot is hands-down one of the best customer experiences I've had all year, maybe of all time. I fully expected getting my issue solved would be slow, painful, and frustrating. In less than 60 seconds, Kino (and Paddle) solved everything and showed what real customer service should look like.

Customer Service Mercies I left cancelling my annual "Clean My Mac" subscription to the last minute — and contacted Paddle to plead my case. The response was prompt and positive. Excellent customer service in my view!

I accidentally renewed my subscription and requested a refund recently. I didn’t expect to be able to complete this process by simply chatting with the bot Kino instead of a human. Good job Paddle.com.

I wasn't aware of a subscription for an app and only became aware of it when I was charged. I reached out to Paddle and got an almost instant response with a link to cancel the subscription and another link to request a refund. I wish every other organisation makes it this simple. Thank you Paddle.
