Loved the Paddle Kino chatbot experience

I wanted to change my payment method for a merchant that used Paddle for payment processing. However, the merchant's application had no means to change the payment method. I attempted to change the payment method by going through the paddle link. It was not obvious at first but I tried my luck. I used the Kino chatbot. And it worked like a charm.

Good customer service!?!

Most companies make unsubscribing a nightmare, as though bad customer service will trick you into being loyal. Paddle let me unsubscribe from NordVPN with a single click. Not even a plea to change my mind. Highly professional, treats the customer with respect. If I ever need to resubscribe, I'll come to paddle for sure.

Canceling a subscription

I needed to cancel a subscription for which my daughter had signed up without my knowledge. I explained the situation, and was treated with kindness, respect and understanding. Once I provided certain information they required, to track the order, they canceled it immediately, with no hassles.
