Refund in seconds

For the first time in my life, I was able to cancel a subscription and ask for refund of a second month paid by mistake in a few seconds and without having to wait for humans to check, validate, etc. Was a perfect consumer experience.

Quickly rectified a payment made via auto renewal, all auto renewal subscriptions should automatically get a notification at least a few days to a week before the auto renewal is processed to give you a chance to cancel the auto renewal
