I thought I was spending $1 and was charged over $100!

I misunderstood the dollar amount of a transaction and was immediately given a refund. I mistook €99 for €.99 and was charged over $100 for something that I thought was going to cost about $1! I couldn’t believe how much I had just spent and thought I had been scammed but the minute I contacted support they immediately issued a refund without any questions. I highly recommend doing business with this company even though I didn’t, they are honest as can be.

I purchased scrivener a year ago

I purchased scrivener a year ago, but failed to keep the downloaded file.Last month, I wanted to install the program on my laptop, but obviously had a problem. I contacted Scrivener, to help me solve my problem. They notified the vendor Paddle, who allowed me to downoad it again to my laptop. They were coutious and helpful in solving my problem quickly.

Prompt helpful service!

I emailed regarding a duplicate subscription for CleanMyMac and received a reply right away. As requested, they cancelled my duplicate subscription and within 24 hours, my credit card was credited for the amount owing.
