Simple and fast - such services are respected! I received an email about the automatic renewal of my software subscription with a link to paddle. After entering that link and starting the chat, it automatically indicated my last purchase and order number (cool feautre), and I asked to cancel it reffering that number. Paddle Customer Support Great!
Paddle Customer Support was very responsive to an issue I had with a Credit Card charge I could not initially identify. I provided what little information I had to Paddle via their chatbot. It could not find the charge and passed it along to Customer Support. I made a possible identification, then Paddle Support sent me an email that verified what I had found exactly. My issue was resolved!

I disputed a charge from Paddle.com…
I disputed a charge from Paddle.com that came through on my American Express card. My email communication with Paddle was fast, informative, and professional. Paddle.com did its due diligence on the disputed charge quickly and without any pushback. Ultimately, we agreed that this was a fraudulent charge and Paddle.com canceled it. I was delighted with my interaction with the company and felt that I was listened to and treated respectfully throughout.
