Bots can handle fraud who knew!!

I don’t usually write reviews but was blown away by how easy this was. My geogussr account was hacked and someone bought the yearly pro upgrade for the account. My card got charged so I hit the button in the email for fraudulent purchase. After 5 minutes of talking to the bot I was issued a refund and the subscription was cancelled. Usually robots are unusable messes that can never figure out how to properly handle a customer with a real world issue. I’m impressed…

A simple cancellation and refund
