I was billed twice within 2 months for…

I was billed twice within 2 months for something with an annual subscription. Turned out I had 2 account with different e mail addresses. The people at Paddle pointed this out. Closed one of the accounts for me and refunded me. This was all done in less than 24hrs. I was most impressed. This was all done from the comment "I appear to have been billed twice"

I had contacted the vendor about an erroneous payment

through paypal a couple of times and got nothing - not a receipt, not an acknolwedgement...nada. Then I contact Paddle. Within a few minutes they responded and had forwarded my email to the vendor. Lo and behold, the entire thing was resolved in a few hours, with Paddle's help after waiting almost a week for the vendor to reply.

The best refund experience of my life!

I used this to get a refund on a software subscription that automatically renewed, but that I no longer needed. Those usually result in a long, drawn out process with escalations to management. The software company gave me the link to Paddle. I was sceptical; however, within a few chat Q&As, the refund was processed. I didn't need to provide my account info or anything. Just the amount and my email. This was a great process, and I hope many other software companies adopt it.
