How to cancel a subscription renewal
I needed to cancel the renewal on a product in which Paddle handles the business. I was able to complete the transaction within minutes, following their email instructions. It was an easy task to complete online. Plus, I immediately received an email from Paddle confirming my cancelation.

Was charged $42.64 for a subscription that was apparently purchased tomorrow, in the future, and using the chat feature was extremely easy and I was issued a refund with no problems or difficulty. Could not ask for a better experience as far as customer service goes.
