Requested a refund

Requested a refund because I was charged for a yearly subscription (which was totally my fault) and I did not expect the refund to be granted. But I only needed to answer why I was requesting a refund and was immediately told I’d get my money back in 5 working days. Very simple and easy, thank you very much
