What do you like best? We are disappointed that paddle.com is not answering to our emails and payout is also delayed without any reason. Contacted several times but not even getting replies to our emails. Just horrible
Unfinished documentation, issues with their API, horrible customer support. I'm just sad I wasted so much time when the reason I chose Paddle, despite their high prices, was for an easy & fast setup.

Smooth payment processing
What do you like best? Paddle has a sleek interface, robust API, good documentation and helpful support staff. It does the job well, and feels like it's moving forward with new features and improvements to old features. What do you dislike? The user interface, while sleek, lacks some features. its amazing site i got scammed $210 by a fake seller i just called them and gave them proofs and i got my refund right away and they banned the seller as well cuz he was scam amazing just one call and problem solve

Account disabled, fund lost
After asking if my business was okay, we started integrating Paddle on our website. After one day of processing, they cancelled our account saying our business was finally not okay. Funds were held in theory for 90 days. We are now asking our funds each day from the day 90 to 120 and they haven't been released yet.

No way to legally declare their payouts…
No way to legally declare their payouts due to they only issue a "reverse" invoice, which in most countries' accounting isn't considered a proper legal way to go.They refuse to take proper sales invoices from the companies.
