Be VERY VERY VERY cautious with these…
Be VERY VERY VERY cautious with these scammers! After I paid up, the software license would not work. The EaseUS software customer service people confirmed in writing that they DO NOT sell through Paddle.com. They old me my license number was pirated. Paddle would not issue me a refund as per their 30 day refund policy. I had to go through PayPal to pursue a refund.

What do you like best? It is very easy to set up an account, no special documents are required Paddle is very modern service, as well as check out page, so it doesn't look alien on your website They are always updating and improving the service, so payment systems will be up to date. What do you dislike? Only one small thing, that they trying to outsource request tickets to themselves, in my opinion, it slows down the time we solve a problem of a customer. Recommendations to ...

What do you like best? Quick and easy integration. They react to feature requests and bug reports. Their prices are fair. At least compared with Apple's 30%. What do you dislike? In the beginning, the support and the communication was a bit chaotic. But that improved a lot within the last year or two. What do you like best? Very easy to set up products, set pricing for different currencies (if required, include / exclude VAT from price. What do you dislike? Would like to be able to duplicate products as would save some time when setting up similar items. My boyfriend was charged over $150 over the last year for this product. They keep charging him over and over. Huge scam. Don't use this service.

I contacted Paddle for a refund on an online software purchase but wasn't sure if I'd be able to get my money back. The man I spoke to was really friendly and understanding and I got a full refund. Really glad because it was quite a big spend!!

Paddle is your no.1 choice as selling partner if you like to avoid problems with VAT in EU
What do you like best? If you are selling to the different countries in the EU you will have to charge your customer with a different amount of VAT in every country. Paddle is handling all this for you and also helps you to display the correct prices on your website including the corresponding VAT. That‘s absolutely great! What do you dislike?
