I didn't recognize a charge on my Visa…
I didn't recognize a charge on my Visa and contacted Paddle about it. They responded within a day (as they said they would requesting more information. I supplied it, and within a few hours, they had identified the charge and I recognized it. Problem solved!The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I couldn't contact someone immediately about the charge, but even though I couldn't, they handled my query within their system promptly and efficiently, and were very professional and ...
