Due diligence shortfall. AVOID
Paddle may be in and of itself a good company. Paddle provides a payment administration service to an educational services company called "Go Highbrow". This company fraudulently fails to cancel subscription services and engages in criminal practices to fleece unwary consumers of their money. I would suggest that Paddle engage in further due diligence before providing their services to this company.

Excellent Service Every Time
I've used Paddle's Clean Text for many years, and whenever I've had an issue (such as my recent issue with my computer dying!, they promptly helped me - always to my satisfaction. They have been a great, steady company that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

There was a matter of some concern
There was a matter of some concern and confusion on my p;art where I had inadvertently set up two subscriptions [yearly and premium]. This was quickly and efficiently in sorting the matter out for me [painless].I suppose I was thankful that the Paddle team are so efficient and on the ball it's rare in these days to find an excekllent product which is also well supported.
