Fast, friendly and reliable!!!
I appreciate the absolutely fast and very personal reaction - I wanted to cancel a program I bought years ago. Paddle linked me to the companys website - then I thought I had cancelled everything. But - Paddle watched! It wasn't done, so they did it for me and informed me with a very friendly mail. Absolutely wonderful people - sad they are so far away!

STOP your search this converter is the ONE!
STOP your search because you found the one! This converter is the best one on the market and worth every penny. And the quality is lossless and most excellent. I recommend wholeheartedly this app! Not only that it is a wonderful tool that is user friendly and so useful, but the service is beyond words.I purchased it twice, by mistake, for Apple and for Windows. I needed only the Windows and decided to try my luck and write to the contact email. I shortly recover a response, telling me that they canceled my purchase right away. Indeed, the money is back!Thank you and huge bravo!!!
