Customer service A+++++
Had an issue with duplicate payments and was so upset at the response I first received. After speaking with Gary at paddle.com. He reversed the charges immediately. I am so impressed that after I first left a negative review they contacted me immediately and fixed the situation. Will definitely do business with this company again. They went above and beyond !!!

Tweakbit driver update purchase
I bought an program from Paddle and unfortunately I could not download it.I contacted Paddle and explained the situation and got a refund within a day(!I was so pleased, since sometimes companies would not be so nice to do that,So if I need something again I would certainly use them again

I had a problem in being able to access…
I had a problem in being able to access clean my mac after changing hard drives. I wrote to their help page and received clear instructions on what to do to overcome the issue. Can't ask more than that hence the rating.

Service with a smile...
I can't really comment on Paddle's software since I just started using it although it came highly recommended from someone I trust. What I want to comment about is Paddle's customer service. There was a problem using Paypal to purchase their software and I was charged twice on two different cards. I emailed customer service later that day and everything was resolved within 24 hours. You can't beat that.
