I got a reminder in a reasonable time and the cancelling process was done very well.

I got a reminder in a reasonable time period before renewal, considering my iobit licence will be renewed soon. In there, there was a link to a chat bot, which understood pretty well that I wanted to cancel the subscription to my licence by literally writing „I want to cancel my subscription.“. And the process was even better: The chat bot was pre-filled with the information about my subscription, so there was no need to make him understand which subscription I mean and what I want to do ...
