I accidentally submitted a order twice
I accidentally submitted a order twice. I sent an email to Paddleto refund one order. They responded right away, and took care of the refund in a couple days. That's pretty good as they are in the UK.

Unexpected invoice
I had inquired about receiving an invoice for something I was unaware of having requested. After submitting my inquiry I received a very timely response that was understandable and satisfactory. I was also given an opportunity to have the invoiced amount reversed. All communication was clear, concise and courteous.

Suite à retrait sur mon compte en…
Suite à retrait sur mon compte en banque, cet organisme a fait le nécessaire pour retrouver qui et pourquoi ce retrait avait été effectué et à pris les mesures nécessaires non seulement pour procéder au remboursement de cette somme mais aussi pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. Je ne peux que féliciter cet organisme pour son honnêteté et sa fiabilité.
