I've never in my life said this....
I've never in my life said this or thought I would ever say this -- I just had an incredible chatbot experience. Paddle's chat bot helped me identify a random charge I saw on my card, allowed me to cancel, and refunded me in like 1 minute and 3 responses. Usually, I'm typing "human human human" as soon as I get one terrible response from a chatbot... but WOW. What an experience. Good job Paddle.
