I am grateful to this company for cooperation. In my situation, I got a problem - I bought presets, and they, unfortunately, did not go to my phone and program. I was worried that I could not return the payment. But they returned the money to me quickly, without any problems. And communication with the manager in the mail is a pleasure. I had a charge show up on my account that I did not recognize. I contacted Paddle and got a super quick response. They needed a little more information but located my account and I was able to resolve the issue immediately. They were courteous, quick, and efficient.

£170 taken from bank via PayPal for software licenses never purchased and no paddle accountW
Can you please explain why there are so many people on here saying they have had money taken out of their bank account via PayPal via Paddle.com when the people affected have not ever been on the Paddle website? How is your website allowing people to buy things from potentially stolen PayPal account details?Even more concerning is that PayPal will not do anything as the transactions are unauthorised which doesn’t really make sense. £170 taken out of my wife’s account for 5 MAC licenses and ...
