Charging for mac software that i don't own
I woke up today and realised that there's strange transaction when i was asleep, it was to paddle.com charged me £14.99 i look up to it and it says i already paid for this 2 times, i went to paddle.net to check out what i'm paying for and it says it's mac software?I don't even mac.Such a scam company.

Best customer service ever!
Received a notice for a purchase on my credit card, for Paddle, through PayPal. Had no idea what it could be. I sent an email to Paddle and received and immediate response.They explained they were a third party billing service. With their help I was able to determine it was a charge for AdGuard, which my husband had renewed that day. Best customer service ever!!

Paddle’s Quick Response
I purchased an app from Paddle with three licenses. I sold one of my computers and before selling it I formatted the drive. When I tried installing the app I got a message saying that I had used up all my licenses. I contacted Paddle hopping they could help but not expecting a quick response. Not only did they respond quickly but the agent (Miss Sarah) was kind and very helpful. My problem was resolved in immediately.
