Got a refund even though the purchase was my own mistake.
Wanted a refund on a product I had forgotten was renewing. When the purchase came through I contacted them with a request for that, totally expecting a firm NO. Instead they very quickly refunded! It was my own problem that I hadn't checked the renewal and they could have refused.

my issue was solved overnight....
my issue was solved overnight..... Somehow I had Paid for renewals for the same software twice and didn't realize it until the second renewal posted to my credit card. I don't really know how it happened but since the two transactions had totally different account numbers, the mistake was probably mine--not theirs.

I wanted to cancel my subscription for the software PC-Repair, that was delivered by Outbyte.com.I send off a e-mail to Paddle.net, and the next morning I got the answer that the subscription was canceled.Very quick response. My compliments.

For a buyers may be is a good company. However for merchants this is horrible company. We have a account with "Paddle". Processed payments via around 7 month after that account was suspended and "Paddle" hold $4000. Of course we contacted the company, they told that this is a standard procedure to freeze the money from small merchants who don't have enough money for lawyers. The software I purchased through Paddle was just as described and works great. I contacted Paddle again because I lost the name of the supplier and wanted to refer them to my son. My inquiry was quickly respond to with the info I required.
