They say first impressions matter, right? My first impression of Paddle was amazing! I needed clarification on a charge to my credit card for a product that I had ordered online. The response was not only prompt but also the customer assistant was very polite and gave me detailed information about the type of service offered by the company as well as clear guidance on how to resolve the issue. Look at the invoice very carefully

I ordered the repair package for 3 computers that I have at home. I used PayPal to fund the sale. I looked at the PayPal invoice and noticed there was an extra recovery software package that I didn't order. I later went back to the order website and went thru the order process again and noticed that the recovery software was automatically turned on. Sneaky to say the least.I also noticed on the PayPal invoice that there was a recurring charge for the software every 3 months! That wasn't ...
