Xee Without Warning Messages

I bought Xee from the Apple Store and was very annoyed with the dialog warning boxes stating that Xee did not have permission to view the contents of the folder I wanted to look at. I learned, via the web, that if I bought Xee from MacPaw, one of the Paddle companies, I wouldn't have this issue. Good work

Good work. There was a hiccup in my license for software being activated. I contacted Paddle and they got everything straightened out on the next business day. I appreciate their promptness and helpfulness.

Paddle reversed erroneous charge.

Paddle was able to find my transaction and reverse the charges for an auto renewal of which we were not aware.

I was impressed with the program

I was impressed with the program, but decided to sell my rack synth. I asked to cancel my prescription, which they did for me and at speed. Might even go back at a later date. Very helpful.

Problem? No Problem!

I had replaced my computer that had the software on it. I learned that my subscription had auto renewed. I contacted Paddle and immediately received a refund for the charge. No hassles, no delays but plenty of communication around the status of my request. Well done!

Convenient and quick

I paid for a digital product through Paddle, which was processed fairly quickly and included the License Key, Download Link and even installation steps within the one order email. Very handy!

Do not recommend this company as Merchant. Our small company opened a account via Paddle. Everything works well when they not send our payouts. Contacted very fast Paddle support, they told that is making verification's. We called them every day, never received a clear response, however our costumers continued to pay via API to Paddle. So was collected from our costumers around $22,000. Then we stopped to accept payments via Paddle. So now we are fighting with Paddle to recover approx: ...
