I was unaware of an old subscription…

I was unaware of an old subscription that I had stopped using a year ago and thought I had cancelled then. I saw the charge done and got more information from paddle about the charge, they gave me the link to cancel the subscription and processed my refund. It was fast, done through their chat bot and very easy. I was impressed.
