Dealing with a company with fantastic moral fibre.

I had made an error in leaving a subscription open and Macpaw/Paddle inadvertently re subscribed me to their software.Sadly, due to loss of work I am not in a position to spend any funds currently. When I noticed the payment that had gone from my account I contacted Macpaw immediately. They were superb. They put my mind at rest then got on with the job of rectifying my problem.Within 24 hours all was rectified. Macpaw is a rare company with good old fashioned morals.

Great customer service!!!?

Due to my error, I submitted the purchase twice. When I realized what had happened, I notified Customer Service, who immediately processed a refund re the unintended purchase.Couldn’t have been quicker or easier.Thank you!

Excellent customer service by Gemma

Had a duplicate charge for Scapple that was promptly researched and reversed. I'm very happy. As a comparison, I submitted a duplicate charge against JCP that I spotted at the same time and though I submitted everything they need to resolve it, they have yet to do anything but ask me for more information.

Great customer service!

My experience with Paddle (through MacPaw) has been trouble-free. I had misplaced an activation code for software and just sent a brief email to see if they could send it to me. It was night where I am but I heard back within the hour with the code. I've never had such a quick reply and I really appreciate it. Great customer service!

This company is very co-operative

This company is very co-operative, I used the service for 3 months and wanted to cancel, I was a bit worried as they had already deducted my premium. However they where very understanding got back to me within 24hrs and have processed my refund. I am very impressed. Thank you
