Lyzza replied to and resolved an issue with a charge to my credit card for a software product I had purchased in November 2019. I thought that the original payment for the software was a one time charge. Instead it turned out to be a subscription for use. I asked that further charges be cancelled as I only used it once to fix an issue with my laptop PC. The laptop issue was not resolved. Very responsive and hepful

I ordered two entirely different products from Paddle and then proceeded to confuse my orders - requesting a refund from one and questioning what the other was. Paddle responded immediately and gave me my refund, and then helped me sort out my confusion. I will be the first to complain about lousy service but I will also be the first to complement quick,efficient service. And Paddle was just terrific with their responsiveness and help.

I have to rate this company with a 5 Star as their costumer service goes above and beyond the way that they care and if you have any problems they jump right in with very fast service and kindness to get whatever you need done fixed and with follow-up afterwards to ensure that you are a very satisfied customer.

Clarification of subscriptions

Had some confusing subscriptions to Clean My Mac. There seem ed to be 3 subscriptions. contacted Paddle gave them the iformation I had and asked them whet the subscriptions covered, in time and longevity.Within 24 hours they had clarified the issue and forwarded a copy of their Tax Invoice that I could use for Tax purposes.I couldn't recommend them too highly.
