I needed to cancel my software…

I needed to cancel my software subscription due to buying a new computer. I didn't know if I could given the subscription automatically renewed, but I was pleasantly surprised to know I could. And... they responded very quickly. So thank you for the good news and the prompt response.

Customer Service

Paddle has excellent customer service. I had an issue that I emailed them about. I received a response (from an actual person) within minutes. I explained my issue, and heard a response within a half hour. My money was refunded later that day! The person I was dealing with was also very professional and personable. Based on their customer service, I would definitely use Paddle services again.

Hassle free refund.

Purchased a product which turned out not to be something that fitted my needs, no miss-selling involved here by the way, its just that until I used it I had no real way of knowing, in fact I was impressed with what the instrument did. There was a 14 day money back guarantee offered, and yes I was doubtful, but emailed all the same requesting a refund. I very quickly received a reply and a refund into my PayPal account with absolutely no hassle. So overall, excellent service.
